We prepared the Favourite dish for our mother as a token of appreciaition for her selfless work. She loves eat macaroni and cheese very much. We boiled the macaroni pasta according to the label instructions and drained it.
We kept some of the pasta liquid for later use. There were three kinds of cheese that we used for the sauce, they were Grana Padano, Cheddar and Swiss cheese.
We grated the cheese and boiled it with 250 ml cream till it was nice and creamy. The only seasoning required was a pinch of salt, pepper. The sauce was mixed with pasta and we served it with garlic bread on the side!
