A MOTIR CYCLE IS MOVING WITH A VELOCITY OF 90KM/HR AND TAKE 5SEC TO STOP AFTER APPLYING THE BRAKES. CALCULATE THE FORCE EXERTED BY BRAKESOF IT WHEN MASS IS 200KG

Acceleration=velocity/time
=90×5/18=25m/sec

Acceleration=25/5=5m/sec^2

Force=mass × accekeration
Force=200×5
Force=1000N

U=90 km/hr or 25 m/s      v= 0 m/s     t= 5 sec


now ,

a = 0-25/5

    =5 m/s^2

therefore F = 5 X 200

               =1000 N answer.
