A motor boat takes 6hours to cover 100km downstream and 30km upstream. If the motor boat goes 75km downstream and return back to its starting point I'm 8hours, find the speed of the motor boat in still water and the rate of the stream.

speed of the motor bike in still water = 20km/h

rate of the stream=5km/h
