Answer :-

5000N

Explanation :-

Given :

Mass of the vehicle,m = 1000kg

Initial velocity of the vehicle,u = 5m/s

Final velocity of the vechile,v = 25m/s

Time taken,t = 4s

To Find :

Force,f = ?

Solution :

We know,

\sf{}\sf{}f=ma

We don acceleration,so let’s find out the acceleration first.

According to Newton’s first law of equation,

\sf{}v=u+at

\sf{}\implies 25m/s=5m/s+a\times4s

\sf{}\implies 25m/s-5m/s=a\times4s

\sf{}\implies 20m/s=a\times4s

\sf{}\implies\dfrac{20m/s}{4s}=a

\sf{}\therefore a= 5m/s^2

Therefore,force:

\sf{}\implies Force=mass\times acceleration

\sf{}\implies 1000kg \times 5m/s^2

\sf{}\therefore 5000N

Hence,force is equal to 5000N
