Given

v = 39km/hr = 39*5/18 m/s

u = 0.2

we know that for moving a circular for centripetal force is required which is balanced by force of friction and force given to the vehicles.

N = mg (normal force

Fc = mv^2/R (centripetal force

f = u*N (force of friction where u is cofficieant of friction

f = mgu

so

mgu = mv^2/R

R = v^2/gu

R = 39*39*5*5/18*18*0.2*9 .8

R = 39*39*5^4/18^2*49

R = 59.88m
