Time taken to cover 75 km =
75 \div 30 = 2.5

As he stops after every 75 km, so the total time taken to travel 75 km = 2.5 hrs + 0.5 hr = 3 hrs

Time taken to cover 375 (= 75 × 5) km = 3 hrs + 3 hrs + 3 hrs + 3 hrs + 2.5 hrs = 14.5 hrs

(As after covering the last 75 km distance, he would not stop.)

So, the time taken to cover 375 km distance = 14 hrs and 30 minutes

Time taken to cover 75 km =distance/speed
=75km/30km/hr
=2.5 hr
As he stops after every 75 km, so the total time taken to travel 75 km = 2.5 hrs + 0.5 hr = 3 hrs

Time taken to cover 375 (= 75 × 5) km = 3 hrs + 3 hrs + 3 hrs + 3 hrs + 2.5 hrs = 14.5 hrs
