a bike can travel 62.5 km in 1 liter of petrol:

1 liter = 62.5 km

To find out how much distance it will cover in 10 liters we will multiply both sides with 10

1 × 10 = 62.5 × 10

10 = 625

The bike can travel 625 km in 10 liters of petrol
