★ 36 km/h ★
Given ,
- Speed of motorbike = 10m/s
We need to find ,
- Speed in km/h
As we know that,. to convert m/s to km/h , we need to multiply with 18/5 .
So ,
=> 10m/s × 18/5
=> 3.6 × 10
=> 36 km/h
Hence , 10 m/s = 36 km/h
♦ Why should we multiply with 5/18 to convert in km/h :-
Because , here km = 10³ m & h = 3600s
By substituting ,
- km/h = 10³ m/3600s
- km/h = 1000m/3600s
- km/h = 10m/36s
- km/h = 5/18 m/s
So , 1 km/h = 3.6 m/s
