A motorcycle is having a kinetic energy of 524J. Find the new kinetic energy if I. mass is same and speed is twice ii. mass is double and speed is same​

Kinetic Energy = 1/2 mv^2= 524

1)• m is same , v is twice then it's becomes 1/4 th of K.E

1/2 × m × (2v)^2= 524

1/2 ×m×4v^2= 524

1/2×m×v^2= 524/4

k.e= 524/4= 131 j

2)• m is double , v is same then it's becomes 1/2 th of K.E

k.e = 1/2 × 2m ×v^2 = 524

= 1/2 × m× v^2= 524/2= 262 j
