A motorcycle moving with a speed of 5m/s2 is subjected to an acceleration of 0.2m/s. Calculate the speed of the motorcycle after 10 seconds , and the distance travelled in this time.

v=u+at(eqn.for motion under uniform acceleration)
now we are given that
speed of object(u)=5m/s
acceleration of object=0.2 m/s
we have to find final velocity(v) after 10s that is t=10s
substituting these values in
v=u+at
v=5+(0.2)10
v=7m/s
also
v^2-u^2=2as
substituting these values
7^2-5^2=2(0.2)s
49-25=0.4s
24/0.4=s
s=60m
