Answer:

10m²

Explanation:

Formula

Pressure = Force/Area

150= 1500N/A

A = 1500N/150

A = 10m²

Hope this helps :)

Answer:

2.5 sq.m for each tyre and 5 sq.m for both

Explanation:

given weight of a motorcycle: 1500 N

given pressure exerted by one of its tyres: 150 Pa or 150 N m^-2.

Therefore, pressure exerted by both of the wheels: (150*2)Pa = 300Pa or 300 N m^-2

We know,

P = F/A

or, A = F/P

So, A = 1500/300 = 5 sq.m

Both, i.e. the two tyres of the motorcycle exerts 5 sq.m. so each tyre exerts 2.5 sq.m
