average speed= total distance/time taken

average speed case 2
average speed = total distance/time taken
30=d/t2
total distance covered in whole trip=d+d=2d
total time =t1+t2
average speed =2d/t1+t2
=2d/d/30+d/20
2/2+3/60
2/5/60
2*60/5
=120/5
=24km/h
