Given:-

  • Initial velocity ,u = 10m/s
  • Acceleration ,a = 0.2m/s²
  • Time taken ,t = 60s

To Find:-

  • Final velocity ,v

Solution:-

According to the Question

We need to calculate the final velocity of the motorcycle .

using 1st equation of motion

  • v = u + at

where,

  • v is the final velocity
  • a is the acceleration
  • u is the initial velocity
  • t is the time taken

Substitute the value we get

:\implies v = 10 + 0.2 × 60

:\implies v = 10 + 6×2

:\implies v = 10 +12

:\implies v = 22m/s

  • Hence, the final velocity of the motorcyclist is 22m/s.
