Given:-
- Initial velocity ,u = 10m/s
- Acceleration ,a = 0.2m/s²
- Time taken ,t = 60s
To Find:-
- Final velocity ,v
Solution:-
According to the Question
We need to calculate the final velocity of the motorcycle .
using 1st equation of motion
- v = u + at
where,
- v is the final velocity
- a is the acceleration
- u is the initial velocity
- t is the time taken
Substitute the value we get
v = 10 + 0.2 × 60
v = 10 + 6×2
v = 10 +12
v = 22m/s
- Hence, the final velocity of the motorcyclist is 22m/s.
