1st we have to convert km/hr^2 into m/s^2

-18km/hr^2 * 5/18 = -5m/s

v = u + at

0m/s = u + ( -5m/s^2 ) * 4s

-u = -0 -20m/s

-u = -20m/s

u ( initial velocity ) = 20m/s
