A moving body of 30 kg has 60j of kinetic energy. Calculate the speed

Dhinu: speed is 2 m/s (Ans.)
Dhinu: wow! how brilliant miss clarevincent !! u have chosen wrong ans. as the brainliest answer .. .. lol
Clarevincent: How
Dhinu: it's (1/2) x m x v^2 = 60 => 30 x v^2 = 120 => v^2 = 4 => v = √4 = 2 m/s
Dhinu: that's the solution ...
Dhinu: it would be easy to explain if i got the chance to answer... but u have already choosen the wrong one as brainliest ..
Dhinu: oh! answers are deleted .. wait a sec.
nanimuvva: My answer is correct but unable to type in mobile
Dhinu: oh! then how did u write the wrong ans.!!??
Dhinu: next time check the solution carefully and then choose it as the brainliest one if it's right ... @clarevincent

Answer:

Mass(m)=30kg

Velocity (v)=?

Kinetic energy (Ek)=60J

Ek = 1/2mv²

60= 1/2 × 30+v²

60= 15v²

60/15=v²

v²=4

v= √4

v=2m/s or 2 ms·¹

Hope it helped u ✌
