we know that force will accelerate on the object,
F=mg
400=m×10
m= 40kg.
now kinetic energy is applied on the object so,
K.E = 1/2 mv^2
500=1/2 × 40 × v^2
v^2 = 500×2/40
v^2 = 1000/40
v^2 =25
v= √25
v= 5 m/s..
