A mug full of water appears light as long as it is under water in a bucket then when it is outside water. give reason​

Answer:

Mug appears light underwater due the force of buoyancy which opposes the gravitational force.

But when the Mug is outside the water the force of buoyancy does not act on the body

Buoyancy is equal to volume of liquid displaced multiplied by density of liquid multiplied by gravitational force
