Purchased Price = Rs. 12000

After one year price = 12000 - 12000*20/100

                                 = 12000*80/100

                                 = 12000*4/5

                                 = 2400*4 = Rs. 9600

Hence, After two years price = 9600*80/100 = Rs. 7680
