Evening here is. your answer:-)
A myopic person may have a normal near point, i.e. 25cm, or even less. In order to read his book with spectacles for distant vision, the book must be kept at a point farther than 25 cm so that the image of the book produced by the concave lense is not closer than 25 cm. The angular size of the book, or its image at the greater distance, is evidently less than the angular size when the book is placed at 25 cm while not using spectacles. Hence a myopic person prefers to remove his spectacles while reading a book.
★In short because with spectacles he/she can't able to read.
Hope it helps you.
