Dear Diary
Do you know about the funny incident that happened today in school? Actually, when it happened, we were quite scared. Even the staff members, not just the students were scared.
We were having our Annual Day rehearsal near the Green Room when we heard a small sound come from this room. My friend was the first to hear it and he made me listen to it when he heard it again. Slowly, all the students heard it. Our teachers did not know what we had heard. So, they did not understand why we were scared. They began to scold us for not rehearsing well when the sound came again. Soon, they heard it as well and we stopped our practice to discuss what it could be. The teachers called some other staff members too. But, none of us were ready to go inside and check what the sound could be as we were quite scared.
When we went back after lunch to resume the practice, we took our office boy along. As soon as he heard the sound, he burst out laughing and ran into the Green Room. He went and drew aide the curtain from where the sound was coming. Out ran a rat that had been trapped under a huge pile of all sorts of scrap. All of us laughed at our own foolishness.
