I can't understand the arrows so I am answering only your third question

Nothing happens to the cell in an isotonic solution.

The cell shrinks or plasmolyses when kept in a hypertonic solution.

The cell swells up or becomes turgid when it is kept in a hypotonic solution. (Cell doesn't burst because it is a plant cell and has a cell wall unlike animal cell).
