(b) Zygote develops into foetus that gets the nutrition and protection from the walls of uterus.Placenta is a disc embedded in uterine wall where foetal blood comes very close to maternal blood and exchange of materials like oxygen and waster materials takes place. It slowly develops into a new born baby after nine months in mother's body.
