A narrative essay about an incident when you were really happy at school

It was a day which will remain in my heart for so long. It was a day when I could say I have done something. It was the day which I felt without my presence it wouldn't have been possible.

It was really a good day almost looked to turn bad but hadn't. It was around 3 o’ clock in the evening when it was a recess period. I and my Friend had went on to a short walk into the garden.

The garden was so thick and green. One could say that there was nothing apart from greenery in there. The sun was slowly setting. And We sat on a bench over there, and started a little conversation.

After a few minutes , We realized we had only twenty minutes left to the class. As my friend didn't want to attend the next class, I had to go to my class alone.

I reached my class, and was just entering into the class and Suddenly I felt someone were falling down. I involuntarily held her hand and stopped her from falling .

Later that day, I was appreciated by the principal for this act of mine. Hadn't I been there at the moment, The girl would have been in the hospital having a head injury as she almost fell on the sharp edge of the bench.

This was one of the most happiest incident at school. Not because I was appreciated but because I could save my friend :)
