Total no. of outcomes = 25

No. of outcomes divisible by 3 (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24) =8

No. of outcomes divisible by 5 (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) =5

Prob. (E) = Total no. of outcomes/No. of favourable outcomes

(i) Prob. (getting a no. divisible by 3) = 8/25

(ii) Prob. (getting a no. divisible by 5) =5/25 = 1/5
