See, there 13 numbers divisible by 7 b/w 0 and 100 namely 7, 14, 21, 28....91.
So, the P(chosen being divisible by 7) = 13/100

Sanjana696969: Yeah?
rjainnhc: Why there can't be 101 outcomes?(apply A.P.)
Sanjana696969: But the sample space is just 100. How can there be 101?
rjainnhc: Apply A.P for numerator also...
Sanjana696969: I didn't get it
rjainnhc: 100=0+(n-1)1
rjainnhc: 98=7+(n-1)7
Sanjana696969: I'm sorry I couldn't be of help. My mind's not working at its fullest now. Sorry again
rjainnhc: Ok then....It's quite time you better get some sleep.
Sanjana696969: Yeah. Thanks. You too
