Answer:

55 and 35

Step-by-step explanation:

So if we take the number divided into 2 parts as X, then=

11x-7x=20

4x=20

x=5

11x= 11*5=55

7x= 7*5= 35

55+35=90

Check:

90*7/18=35

90*11/18=55

Hope this helps!

Answer:

Natural Number: 90

Two Parts: 35 and 55

Step-by-step explanation:

Let  x and y be the two natural numbers where y > x :

Then,

\frac{x}{y} =  \frac{7}{11}

x = \frac{7y}{11} -----( i )

According to the question, the difference of two parts is 20

y -  x= 20 -------( ii )

Substituting the value of x from (i) in (ii)

y - \frac{7y}{11}  = 20

\frac{11y - 7y}{11} = 20

4y = 20 * 11

4y = 220

y = 55 ------(iii)

Substituting the value of y from (iii) in (iii)

55 - x = 20

x = 55 -20

x = 35

Therefore, the natural number is 35 + 55 => 90

and the two parts were 35 and 55
