Answer:

Let the no. be x

x + 4 = 160 \times \frac{1}{x} \\ = > (x + 4 )x = 160 \\ = > {x}^{2} + 4x - 160 = 0 \\ = > {x}^{2} + 16x - 10x - 160 = 0 \\ = > x(x + 16) - 10(x + 16) = 0 \\ = > (x + 16)(x - 10) = 0 \\ x = - 16 \: \: \: or \: \: x = 10

As x is a natural number, so x = 10
