let the cp of one shower heads be x

∴the cp of  toilets is 3x

now total cp of 60 toilets is 60*3x =180x

∴total price of both =180x+20x =200x

% of the total cost is the cost of all the shower heads

= [total cp of shower heads /total price of both]*100

⇒20x/200x*100
