Time taken by old computer to load one graphic t1 = 22 sec
Time taken by old computer to load 1 paragraph t2 = 9 sec
Since the new computer is 17% faster
So
Time taken by new computer to load one graphic T1 = 22 - 17/100 * 22
= 18.26 Sec
Time taken by new computer to load 2 graphics T2 = 2 * 18.26
= 36.52 Sec
and
Time taken by new computer to load paragraph T3 = 9 - 17/100 * 9
= 7.47 Sec
Time taken by old computer to load 1 paragraph t2 = 9 sec
Since the new computer is 17% faster
So
Time taken by new computer to load one graphic T1 = 22 - 17/100 * 22
= 18.26 Sec
Time taken by new computer to load 2 graphics T2 = 2 * 18.26
= 36.52 Sec
and
Time taken by new computer to load paragraph T3 = 9 - 17/100 * 9
= 7.47 Sec
