if the newly introduced species is a herbivore then it is likely to share the food of the pre existing herbivores . by the result of which the pre existing herbivores will be in danger . and if the newly introduced species is a carnivore .....then it will prey on the herbivores anD the number of herbivores will decrease in that forest .
