SALUT AMIS!!

__THE TERRIBLE TRAGEDY AND THE TRAUMATISED PEOPLE __

Kerala/Thiruvananthapuram ; Kerala faces the worst times and best rain ever. The month of June turned Kerala insane. It was reported on June 14 that there is an increase in the rainfall. This made farmers happy as last year the Keralites were craving for a single spell of rain. Then seriousness took its role among them and Schools were closed and roads were blocked. Crops got destroyed and droughts arrived. In fact the condition became worse when there were floods and landslides. But thongs turned worst as people died an started to loose their property. More than 3000 people died in Kerala. Rescue team now arrived. Donations were made and people were shifted. All the districts had red alerts. Then the rain started to decrease. And people were turning to normalcy. Vaccines were provided for snake bites and other epidemics. In short Kerala faced the NATURE'S REVENGE!!

Answer:

Causes. Incessant rain accompanied with the rise of water level in rivers and other water bodies have resulted in flooding in many parts of Kerala. Low pressure is also a reason Every year parts of South Asia are hit by a period of heavy rain known as the Monsoon which usually falls between June and September.

What are the effects of flood?

The primary effects of flooding include loss of life and damage to buildings and other structures, including bridges, sewerage systems, roadways, and canals. Floods also frequently damage power transmission and sometimes power generation, which then has knock-on effects caused by the loss of power.
