The enjoyment over all te city X was very magnificiant . the dj night at secific area was very loud . the kharel  part  of city was very noisy and uncomortable . eople was in their glorry and full enjoyment was there . the report given by the SPCB was very shocking it said that te overall pollution in the city was beyond the limit . police had given warning not to use loudspeaker after 23:00 .
