Also when we subtract 54, new number is = 10X+Y-54 which according to question is same as 10Y+X.
Meaning, 10X+Y-54 = 10Y+X
which gives X-Y= 6 ( call it equation 2)
by putting value of X=3Y from equation 1 into equation 2 we get 3Y-Y= 6, meaning Y=3 which gives X=9 from equation 1.
Hence our number becomes 10*9+3= 93.
