                               the number is = 10 x +y

                              x+y = 3                                             .............1

                             10 x +y +9 = 10 y + x                          

                            9 x -9 y = -9

                             x -y = -1                                             ..............2

                           adding 1 & 2,  

                             x+ y = 3  

                             x - y = -1

                            2 x = 2

                             x = 1                            .........3

                        ________________

                        put x = 1 in eqn.1

                        1 + y = 3

                        y = 2                             ..............4

THE NUMBER IS 10(1) + 2 => 12

                           WHEN 9 IS ADDED  THE  NUMBER BECOMES,

                               12+9 => 21.
