The female is the daughter of a colour blind man, so the probability of her being a colour blind is 25%, a fully normal girl 25% and a carrier woman 50%. Considering her husband to be fully normal and her to be career then there is a 50% chance of their children's to be career and fully normal respectively . Their children's shall not be suffering from the disease because their is fully normal . Only if the father is a carrier or is suffering from the disease only then the children's will have a probability of suffering

:-)
