As its name indicates, this is a day which makes us aware of the importance of 'Human Rights'... This day was officially announced by UN in 1948. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights had a great impact globally. This day is celebrated to remind ourselves about the 'Human Rights' which basically included equality among humans & development of mankind. This year (2016), the theme of this day is "Stand Up for Someone's Right Today!" ... This theme openly encourages us to raise our voice for Human Right...
So, let's be proud of being humans & strive for the development of Mankind !!! Happy Human Rights Day 2016 !!!!! ^_^

The United Nations Human Rights Day is celebrated on December 10 every year. Since its inception in 1945, the United Nations human rights promotion and protection efforts started. Accordingly, a detailed outline of the Human Rights Commission under the United Nations General Assembly on December 10. 1948 accepted.
