A notebook costs Rup pees 84 and a pen cost Rup pees 12.David bought 6 notebooks and 8 pens.how much did he spend altogether?

1 notebook = Rs. 84 ; So, 6 notebooks = Rs. 504

1 pen = Rs. 12; So, 8 pens = Rs. 96

So, total money spent = 504 + 96 = Rs. 600

Answer : Rs. 600
