here's ur answer...
cost of the notebook is ₹13.
if I gave the shopkeeper two ₹5 notes=2×5
=₹10
I gave two ₹2 coins=2×2
=₹4
total money I gave the shopkeeper=10+4
=₹14
if the shopkeeper gave me two 50paise coins, therefore I got the total money from the shopkeeper=2×50
=100 paise
=₹1
verification:-
=14-1
=₹13
yeah I got the right money back.
