Absence of Phosphoric acid

Explanation:

Nucleoside =DNA/RNA+ nitrogen base

eg [Adenine (N2 base) +Sugar(DNA/RNA)]

Nucleotide =nucleoside+Phosphoric acid

it is attached by sugar through ester bond also called phospodiester bond
