x+2/3= 55

x=55-2/3

take reciprocal of 2/3

so the answer is 3/2

so, x=55-3 upon 2

subtract 55-3

x=52 upon 2

reduce the 52 upon 2

so the answer is 26

if the number is decreased by 15

so, 26-15=11

if the new number is multiplied by 81

so, 11x81=891
