A number consist of two digit in which tens digit is four times the ones digit . When the number obrained by reversing the digit is added to the original number it gives 110. Find the number

let two digit number be, 10x + y
tens digit is 4 times the ones be, x = 4y
when the number obtained by reversing the digit is added to the original number it gives 110, so
(10y + x)+(10x + y) = 110
but x = 4y
10y + 4y + 10(4y) + y = 110
55y = 110
y = 2
so x = 4y = 4*2 = 8
then the two digit number is 10x + y = 10*8 + 2 = 82
