Answer: The number is 63

Explanation:

Let tens digit = x and ones digit = y

The number = 10x + y

According to the question, x - 3 = y

3x = 6y

y = 3

x = 6

The number = 10x + y

                     = 10 x 6 + 3

                     = 63
