Step-by-step explanation:

Let the number be x,y,z

Number = 100x+10y+z

We are given that the middle one is 0 i.e. y=0

We are given that  their sum is 4

Thus x+y+z=4 --a

Now we are given interchanging the first and last digits is greater than the number itself by 198,

Interchanged no. = 100z+10y+x

now the difference between original no. and interchanged no. is 198

100z+10y+x- (100x+10y+z) =198

99z -99x =198

99(z-x)=198

z-x= 2

thus z = 2+x

Putting these values in a

x+0+2+x=4

2x+2=4

2x=2

x=1

now z = x+2 =1+2

Thus z =3

So, x=1 , y=0, z= 3

Thus number is 103
