Let the number be xy
Expanded form=10x+y
Since, units place is 3 times the tens place digit
Hence,y=3x
So 10x+3x=13x
After reversing,
10 ×(3x)+x=30x+x=31x
36 added to original number
Then, 13x+36
Sum= 31x
So,
13x+36=31x
36=31x-13x
36=18x
x=2
y=3x=3 (2)=6
So original number is 26
Hope it helps☺
