given that,

x + y = 5 -- equation (1)

If unit's digit is multiplied by 9/2 it will be equal to 3 times the ten's digit.

Hence , y*9/2 = 3x

=> y = 3x * 2/9

=> y = 2x/3 -- equation (1)

Substitute "y" value in equation (1)

x + 2x/3 = 5

(3x + 2x)/3 = 5

x = 3*5

x = 15/5

x = 3

Substitute "x" value in equation (2)

y = 2(3)/3

y = 6/3

y = 2

Number = 10x + y

=> 10(3) + 2

=> 32.

Therefore, the two digit number is 32.
