then value no:

10x+70+x;
11x+70;
ten times sum of digits
10(x+x+7);
10(2x+7);
20x+70;
according to question
20x+70=11x+70;
20x-11x=70-70;
9x=0,
x=0
therefore unit digit = 0
tens digit=0+7
therefore no. =70
