Let the ones place be x

And tens place be 3-x

The number = 10(3-x) +x

= 30 - 10x + x

= 30 - 9x

After reversing the digits,

The number = 10(x) + 3-x

= 10x + 3 - x

= 9x + 3

According to the question,

4(30 - 9x) = 7(9x - 3)

120 - 36x = 63x - 21

120 + 21 = 63x + 36x

141 = 99x

x = 141/99

Hope it helps :)
