let the no. be 10x+y
given tht y+3=x
thus the no is 10(y+3)+y
also 10y+(y+3)+8=1/3*10(y+3)+y
get the value of y from the equation above and the get the value of x

Let the number at unit place be x
And, the number at tens place 2x + 3

Now, the number formed by reversing the digit =10 x + ( 2x + 3 )

According to question,

10x + ( 2x + 3) -8 = 1/3 10(2x + 3) + x

Solve the equation.

Hope it helps......
