According to the question:-

10(2x)+x =10(x)+2x+27

=>20x+x = 10x +2x +27

=>21x = 12x +27

=>21x-12x = 27

=>9x = 27

=>x = 27/9

=> x = 3

Digit at ones place = 3

Digit at ten's place = 2x = 2*3 = 6

Original number = 63
