x × (x+1)=20
x^2+x - 20=0
x(x+5) - 4(x +5)=0
(x-4) (x+5)=0
x=4 , x can't be equal to-5 as in a number digits can't be negative
y=x+1
y = 4+1 =5
no. =10x +y= 10×5+4=50+4 =54
